Who Are We?

Moorup is a technology recommerce company founded in 2018 with a vision to create better end-of-life solutions for smart devices.

We take inspiration from our name, meaning ‘Life’ in the Woi wurrung language of Melbourne’s First Nations people. This name, and its use, was granted to our business by the Wurundjeri Tribe Council.

Working with telcos, OEMs, retailers, government agencies and businesses, our aim is to reduce the environmental impact of discarded and unused devices by extending their life.
